![]() So it definitely from social club + game. Enabled internet, social club auto update itself and issue happen again ! ![]() So I guess it’s something with the game not accepting the latest social club/launcher update. Update: after installing old social club + launcher (from game files) and disabling internet to stop it from updating I’m able to start the game and play offline. I googled and tried many things (reg edit, adding some files, verified integrity of the game.), then even tried reinstalling launcher, social club and the game itself no success. I have just bought and installed the game on steam, right after i open the game and the yellow rockstar logo appear the game crashes, no error or anything !? If its the first time youve encountered having the Grand Theft Auto 5 crash on you while. After that however, it prompted me to manually login as it couldn. Was advised to do that from rockstar support and worked. First solution: Force stop GTA V & restart your PC. On first launch, the Rockstar Games launcher installation began and completed with no issues. ![]() So what I did was went to gtav directory, delete EVERYTHING in it, then go to steam, right click gtav and then manage then uninstall. Close all background apps like razor, riva, MSi afterburner, and the game won’t crash. I went straight to steam and hit uninstall game without deleting everything in the gtav directory. ![]()
